Shipping Coverage

We ship to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico). No international shipping available. For remote areas, additional delivery time may apply (we notify you via email after order confirmation).

Delivery Timelines

Delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time:
  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days (standard items); 3-7 business days (custom items: custom sofas, printed sofa covers).
  • Shipping Time:
    • Continental U.S.: 3-5 business days (Standard Shipping via USPS/FedEx)
    • Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico: 5-7 business days (Standard Shipping)
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional fee)
    • Overnight Shipping: Next business day (orders placed before 12:00 PM ET, Mon-Fri; not available for large sofas/custom items)

Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $150 (after tax).
    • Orders under $150: $19.99 (Continental U.S.); $39.99 (Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico)
  • Expedited Shipping: $49.99 (Continental U.S.); $69.99 (Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico) (flat fee, no order minimum)
  • Overnight Shipping: $79.99 (Continental U.S. only; not available for large items/custom orders)
  • Oversized/Heavy Items: Additional $29.99 fee for 3-seater+ sofas and full dining sets (even for orders over $150)

Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation email (with tracking number and USPS/FedEx link) is sent after dispatch. You can also track orders via your account on our website (if registered).

Shipping Restrictions & Notes

  • Product-Specific Packaging: Fabric sofas in reinforced boxes with foam; dining sets in anti-scratch packaging; cotton sofa covers in vacuum-sealed bags (moisture-proof).
  • Failed Delivery: After 2 consecutive failed attempts, packages are returned to our warehouse. We notify you via email — choose reshipping (additional fee) or refund (minus original shipping).
  • Lost/Damaged Packages: Report "delivered but not received" within 3 business days. We investigate with the courier and provide full refund or free replacement if confirmed lost/damaged.
  • Holiday Shipping: Processing/shipping may extend by 1-2 days during peak seasons (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Black Friday). Order in advance — holiday notices posted on our homepage.
