Eligibility

Eligible Products

• Unused, unopened, with intact original packaging (no signs of use, assembly, or washing).
• Defective items (manufacturing flaws: fabric tears, loose table joints, broken sofa cover zippers) or shipping damage (dented sofa frames, scratched table tops, torn packaging).
• Incorrect items (mismatched models, wrong sizes/colors, or different designs than ordered).
• Non-compliant safety items (e.g., formaldehyde-exceeding fabrics, unstable dining sets) — full refund + free return shipping provided.

Non-Eligible Products

• Used/assembled items (signs of use: sofa cushion indentations, assembled dining sets, washed sofa covers) — due to hygiene and resale restrictions for home goods.
• Custom products (custom-sized sofas, printed sofa covers, logo-engraved dining chairs) — non-returnable unless defective (we confirm customization details before production).
• Damage from misuse (e.g., fabric stains, table scratches, sofa cover shrinkage from improper washing).

Return & Exchange Process

1. Submit Request: Email support with: full name, order number, shipping address; product details (e.g., "3-seater Linen Fabric Sofa", "5-piece Wooden Dining Set", "220x90cm Cotton Sofa Cover"); reason for return/exchange; supporting photos/videos (for defects/damage/wrong items). We review requests within 2 business days and issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number if approved. Returns without an RA number are rejected.
2. Prepare Items: Repack fabric sofas with all accessories (cushions, tools, manuals) in the original box with foam padding. Disassemble dining sets and repack in anti-scratch packaging. Fold cotton sofa covers neatly and seal in the original packaging.
3. Arrange Shipping: Use a trackable shipping service and email the tracking number to support. Return Address: 456 Home Decor Lane, High Point, NC 27260, USA. Items must arrive within 14 days of RA approval.
   1. Defective/incorrect/safety-non-compliant items: Free prepaid return label provided (no cost to you).
   2. Change-of-mind returns: You cover shipping costs (varies by size/weight):
      • Fabric Sofas: $29.99 (single-seater), $49.99 (3-seater+/L-shaped)
      • Dining Sets: $34.99 (full set), $14.99 (individual pieces)
      • Cotton Sofa Covers: $5.99 (single), $9.99 (4+ piece set)

Refund & Exchange Timelines

• Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days after inspection. Refunds are credited to your original payment method (bank processing: 3-5 additional days).
  • Defective/incorrect items: Full refund (product price + original shipping cost).
  • Change-of-mind returns: Refund = product price - return shipping fee - 10% restocking fee (covers repackaging/inspection).
• Exchanges:
  • Same-product replacement: Shipped within 5-7 business days (free delivery).
  • Different model/size/color: Processed after return inspection. Pay the price difference (if new item is more expensive) or receive a partial refund (if cheaper).
